When polymerization happens, this formula can be written as  (C2H3Cl)n, where ‘n’ represents the number of vinyl chloride monomers composing a particular form of plastic. 

While talking about PVC monomer structure, it is an organochlorine with the formula H2C=CHCl. There are two carbon atoms adhered to each other with a double bond and a single bond to three hydrogen atoms and one chlorine atom.
